Applied on Linkedin and then someone from HR contacted me two weeks later to schedule an interview. I input my availability for the next week and we scheduled. Quick 30 minute phone call with someone from HR about behavioral questions, why youre interested in the role, etc. The 2nd round interview is with the team but I never made it that far. When I didnt make it to the next round, I got an automatic no reply email from TRR saying they decided not to move forward with my candidacy. I will say I found this really unprofessional and honestly annoying because I interviewed and spoke with somoene.

Tell me about yourself, what do you like about this role, why The Real Real
Horrible. They were extremely unprofessional. A company has horrible reviews and just wants to hire young people who they can pay less. they also had an entire team in Florida stealing from clients. That’s why the position was open. They did not say that there was an entire Ponzi scheme going on in Florida and just wanted to hire someone to put all the pieces together.
The interview process was pretty straight forward. There was an initial call with the recruited, followed by an interview with the hiring manager and regional director. I was called within a few days with the job offer.

Had a call with a recruiter. She was very nice and informative. However, I do not like feeling led on. She said she was going to pass me through and email me to set up a second round. Instead I got an email that the position was on hold.
