I submitted my resume for the Account Luxury Manager at The Real Real when I got the call for the first interview, I was very excited. The first interview was over the phone with Samantha Manassa, Talent acquisition Manager, she was very professional and super friendly, and welcoming and made me feel comfortable during the whole interview process. The second interview was with Molly McKenna, she is the West Coast Sales Manager, and it was a video interview. I had all kinds of technical problems during the interview, and the whole-time Molly tried to make me feel at ease, eventually, we finished the interview by phone and I was left feeling great even though everything technical that could go wrong did. My third and last interview was with Regional Director Carol Radatz, who also made me feel welcomed and at ease. At the end of the interview, I had to congratulate her on how warm and welcomed everyone in the company made me feel, if I never saw her again, I wanted her to know that. Luckily, I have been offered the position so soon I will be working with this wonderful group of people.

Interview process was very positive challenging with the video interview at first but it offered changes to redo answers if needed. Overall length of interview process was quite lengthy but worth the wait.
