Average interview process three rounds. Not too difficult but i was not selected at the property. Software developer not needed in the group. I didn't get the offer. Not needed

The management team made the interview very friendly and warm. They asked me the right questions and got straight to the point. They tested my communication and presentation skills by asking me questions that forced me to think out of the box.
