I applied online. I interviewed at The Possible Zone
Interview
I went through a hiring process with The Possible Zone that lasted several months and included multiple interview rounds and a full presentation. In the end, the organization selected a candidate whose experience level did not closely match the requirements described in the job posting, which made the overall process feel misaligned.
I want to note that The Possible Zone’s mission — expanding opportunity and supporting young people as they build skills for the future — is genuinely meaningful and important. The organization clearly cares about creating impact in its community, and the staff I interacted with were polite and welcoming.
While I respect the mission and the people I met, my overall candidate experience did not fully align with the organization’s stated values around opportunity, respect, and support for individuals navigating transitions. I hope the hiring process becomes more consistent and transparent for future candidates.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at The Possible Zone (Boston, MA) in Feb 2023
Interview
I worked with a recruiter for the first two rounds, and then met with the Hiring Manager for the role. Overall a good experience. They put a lot of thought into the process and asked extremely well thought out questions.
