Interview
After the initial phone interview, I was scheduled to take a written assessment. I was sent a document describing a scenario and five questions, and I had 1 hour to send back an email with my answers. I found the questions too complex to answer in the time assigned.

Had a phone screen interview 1.5 months after submitting my application. The recruiter was very nice and polite. It was a very pleasant conversation. A couple days later had a video interview with the Director of the Initiative, who was also very nice and positive but was in a hurry and we talked only 30 minutes. 2 weeks later a panel interview took place with 3 people. 2 days later a written skills assessment assignment, which I submitted the next day. Interview
After a first round screening call with HR, I completed a 30 minute writing assessment. A zoom panel interview with four separate interviewers followed. It took around one month to complete.
