One 30-45 min phone screening with direct supervisor. We both talked about our work experience. Then one, quick in person interview with supervisor and upper management. No situational or process questions.
First Started with a very quick recruiter screening, then a Corporate HR interview, In Person Interview with future boss as well as other colleagues. Emails and offers came from the HR contact, no emails with the team directly.

Had a headhunter reach out to me via email - still don't know how they got my info. After a couple brief discussions, I had 2 in-person interviews which were very basic in nature. Last interview was a panel in which 5-6 other managers took part. Some asked questions, some didn't. It was a piece of cake. Was offered the job while having lunch with the VP of Marketing.
