We'd like to clarify that The Opportunity Hub UK is not a traditional employer or recruitment agency - we are actually a small team of people who have built an innovative platform that connects job seekers with employers. It seems there may have been some confusion about our service.
When you create a profile on our platform, you're not interviewing for a position with The Opportunity Hub UK itself. Rather, you're creating a profile that allows you to showcase yourself to multiple employers who are using our platform to find talent. The video introduction is completely optional and gives you an opportunity to present yourself on your own terms to potential employers, beyond just your CV. If we are able to secure you an interview for the role we help you prepare for the interviews.
We understand your frustration about not receiving feedback. All application statuses are visible on your dashboard once you create an account, and our team is always happy to provide updates via email at Ada@theopportunityhub.uk.
Our mission is to transform how people connect with job opportunities, moving away from the 'spam apply' approach that's common on traditional job boards. We focus on creating meaningful connections between candidates and employers through a more personal, skills-based matching system.
