As I was referred by an employee inside and I was a former student of the college, the interview process was very simple and straightforward. They had previously taken a look at my portfolio, and it turns out the Course Content Director was someone I used to work with in a previous company. The interview thus was mainly questions on my ability and skills in the subjects I would be teaching.
