Interview with HR then manager, basic questions on strengths and what I enjoy about the field. Took me on a tour of the unit, verified what shift I’d be willing to work. Overall very easy in comparison to other nursing interviews I’ve had.

Interview
2 months after submitting applications I was called in for interview. It was on the unit that was hiring with the manager of that unit. There were other nurses interviewing the same time slot. In between the interviews a staff member was reprimanded and left the office crying, which was a little concerning. I was called back the following week and offered a position and given orientation start date.
