The Oakleaf Group interview questions

I had applied for the same position twice in a year. Both times same experience. I received an initial phone screen and recruiter told me I would receive an interview invite in a week or two. No communication for two weeks. then after two weeks, when I followed up I was told that they are going for other candidates. Exact same experience both of the times.

1. 30 min recruiting phone call 2. interview with manager about role 3. interview with another manager about role 4. interview with another manager about role 5. technical interview with python and excel
