Two rounds of interviews, one with a two-page questionnaire. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, a lot of questions about job history, sales experience and personality questions ie. if you are competitive.
The interview process was straightforward and organized. It began with an initial phone screening, followed by a video interview with HR, and then a panel interview with the hiring managers. The overall flow was professional, with clear communication at every stage, and I felt they valued my time.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
One of the main questions they asked me was about how I handle challenges in a team setting. They wanted specific examples of situations where I had to resolve conflicts, manage different personalities, and still deliver results under pressure, showing both leadership and adaptability.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at The ONE Group (Colorado Springs, CO) in Sept 2024
Interview
A teams meeting with two C level associates. The direct invitation did not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, the interviewer sent the invite just three hours before which was unprofessional but I was excited about the opportunity. The interviewers were late to the meeting. The entire interview seemed very impersonal and transactional. The main interviewer was doing side work and seemed uninterested. I was prepared to be asked specific questions on compliance or about my skillset but they were just going through the motions. The main interviewer kept looking at the time and attempted to end the interview early. It was disheartening as I have a strong background and felt written off from the start of the interview. I had asked if there were any concerns or anything I could clarify before we moved on and they said no but received notification that they declined to move forward.
As a whole, the interview process lacked a human element and I think that the company desires to head into a more employee minded future but they are not there yet.
