Had a telephonic interview, then a design challenge & a personal interview.
The interviewer failed to communicate about their final decision. I contacted them to get the results & ask for feedback but did not receive any response. I expected the basic courtesy of replying to someone who had invested their time & efforts in the process.

I turned in my application materials and the Managing Editor responded to me very quickly. We set up an interview for the next week, talked for a few minutes and he offered me a position. I wish all of my job applications could have gone like this one!
