The New York Observer interview questions

Had a telephonic interview, then a design challenge & a personal interview. The interviewer failed to communicate about their final decision. I contacted them to get the results & ask for feedback but did not receive any response. I expected the basic courtesy of replying to someone who had invested their time & efforts in the process.
