For a company that is working in the employee experience space, they have a lot to work out internally re: candidate and employee experience. The process took place over 6 weeks, often with 1-2 week gaps in between rounds without any communication. The leadership team proved throughout the entire process that they were too self-important to answer their own emails, so most of my correspondence took place with outsourced Exec Assistants in Sri Lanka at 3am. The process was not challenging in the slightest, it felt like they were just evaluating for a culture fit through all of the 25 minute interviews. The last straw, though, had to be when the CEO acted surprised that I proposed a zero-tolerance policy against harassment in the workplace. So many red flags - beware!
