very good process, fair and reasonable, good questions, approachable team, cared about me as a person. Fabulous sites! Would recommend to anyone - sensational starter job. Really recommend to students.
Had mine online, but very friendly. Asked about past experience and how you would fit in the team. Usually the process would be in person and maybe a trial shift. Very accommodating to not being able to make it in person due to being away. Offered me the job an hour later.

Gave 5 min presentation that I was told about ahead of time.
Answer questions (some expected competency ones, some a bit out of left field).
Given scenario, left for 20 mins to write notes, then Interviewers returned to ask me the questions about the scenario that I had written notes on.
