The NRMA interview questions

1st round of interview was quite straight forward with the reporting manager, asked me about my skillset, why I applied for the role, why I left my previous role, how I deal with difficult stakeholders The 2nd round was slightly more difficult and was with 2 stakeholders within the business - one senior and another product manager

It was a video call for the first-round interview, and they mentioned there was no need for me to present my portfolio at this stage. The session was conducted by the Head of Digital along with a Senior Product Manager, and the focus was mainly on my experience and overall fit for the role.
