Apparently, this company loves the Bait and Switch tactic. They "bait" you with the opportunity of getting hired, of getting a job. Then, they "switch" it by trying to sell you a franchise. I realized this as soon as I got the interview and quickly saw the videos: 1) You won't get paid for months. 2) Will have to pay for your own training. 3) Might not get published if you don't get enough contracts. Basically, you work for free for months. If you don't succeed, they keep the contracts for themselves or resell them to other printing companies. But this tactic is in itself cruel, as it should be geared towards investors who are seeking for a franchise, not for people who are looking for an actual, paying job. We were not a fit as I refuse to work with liars.

Very informative and I felt comfortable the entire time. Angie was very nice and I enjoyed talking with her about the opportunity. She made sure I understood everything and didn't know and didn't mind me asking questions with all the information she gave.
