I was contacted via phone from recruiter, small over the phone interview. Was scheduled to come into the office to meet with the actual advisors I'd be working with. They asked a series of standard interview questions. Whats your day like? What would your boss now say about you? Things of that sort. Was contacted a few days later to say the background check would take a week to complete. Received another call a week later, was given a formal job offer, started two weeks later.
