I interviewed once with the recruiter, once over MS Teams with the team lead (direct report), and the final interview was an in-person group panel interview. Many behavioral and workplace situation questions were asked in the group panel. The hiring team ghosted me for 3 weeks after the group panel interview. Do not expect for timely or rapid responses.
