Easy, quick, just covered the basics. Went over the job duties and asked a few questions regarding my previous experience. Asked questions pertaining to certain drink recipes and asked to recite measurements.

I was "interviewed" in the middle of the restaraunt in a very formal manner. The only question I was asked was why I wanted to work there. I began training the following day.
