Interview was one on one in person. I was asked about my previous customer service experience and prior jobs. I was offered the job on the spot. Owner reached out via phone after my online application, came in for an interview that week. Whole interview process was fast. I was trained for 2 shifts and then set on my own. Worked for company for about two years.

It was short and easy. It seemed that they were pretty short-staffed and needed people asap so the interview wasn't too long or in-depth. I found it to also be rather casual, it was easy to relax when talking to the old GM.
