Thank you for this insight - something has gone missing here, as this is not our process at all. Apologies - we interview quickly, thoroughly and make decisions based on hopefully good challenging questions both ways. We believe we know the centre you have been interviewing for, and as they are recently opened they are still establishing some order and process.
