Interview
The interview was welcoming and friendly, asking about applicable experience and learning abilities. Experience in gymnastics was appreciated as most of the coaching techniques are trained according to their own system.
The interview process was a simple meeting with the owners in which they asked "what if" questions. It was only one interview in which lasted about 20 minutes and I was hired on the spot afterwards.

Interview
They have you spend a class with the lead teacher and the kids. You watch the process of leading and then you try to participate while they watch you. You sing and play with the kids and try to make sure everyone is having fun. The process involved singing, playing, cleaning up the toys afterward, talking to parents, and interacting with the children.
