Interview
Was here for a weekend trial interview, and found staff unprofessional. Lots of drinking on the job, speaking negatively about guests in front of them, and disorganisation. While I interviewed for the bar manager position, Charlie, the owner, seemed desperate for a sommelier to join the team. So, in fact, it would have been two positions in one with an offered salary of 30,000 per annum.
