Interview process was good just ensure that you are wanting to learn and sell yourself and they will most likely hire you on spot. Give them a reason to leave the interview thinking wow where has this person been this whole time.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at The Larry H. Miller Company (Salt Lake City, UT) in Jun 2014
Interview
I found the job offering online, applied and within 20 minutes was offered an interview which makes me believe they don't even screen the submitted resumes before shooting out an e-mail. There was a personal interview, followed by a week long, unpaid group "interview". They called it a training but we didn't learn anything about the company or the products they offer, we just kept hearing motivational quotes to boost our "inner salesman".

Question 1
They had me do a type of Rorschach test but, instead of pictures the Hiring Manager held up different words and I had to say whatever came to mind first. He said it was to show what type of character I had.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at The Larry H. Miller Company (Avondale, AZ) in Jan 2014
Interview
Went to a job fair and did about 4 short interviews with managers all within 2 hours. I was hired on the spot and after by background cleared I began training. That took about 5 days. Questions were based mostly on my sales background and personality.
