I received a call from the coordinator for this job after applying online. They were very pleasant to speak with. I went for an interview and we discussed my past job experience working with children. I received an offer shortly after the interview.

Interview
Simple and quick process. I applied via Indeed and heard back within a few days; I was asked to answer a few questions via email and after reviewing my answers they offered me an interview! The interviewer was very friendly and positive and I could really tell she enjoyed being a part of the TLBC team.
