I was asked multiple questions about my goals and things I've been through throughout my life . I was also asked about things like my experience and what qualifies me for the job
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at The Joule Hotel (Dallas, TX) in Feb 2017
Interview
everyone in the group was devided into 2 groups the managers gave out cards that had different types of personalities and you basically had to pick the cards and describe to everyone in the room how to relate to the cards.

I applied online. I interviewed at The Joule Hotel (Dallas, TX) in Aug 2017
Interview
Wasn't an interview at all. They sat you in a room with all the other interviewers and asked everyone what three(3) items they would take to a deserted island and what you want in a leader, more of a personality observation. You will never talk about the positions that you apply for or what makes you qualified for the position or your back ground. After about an hour of talking the person who does the interview will leave the room for 5 minutes and will come back in. They will read some names for a group that they claim will take a tour of the hotel but in fact its the names of the individuals that they have no interest in hiring. That group will get lead out by another staff person who will tell you that Joule will be calling you in a few days but instead you will get an email a day later claiming that they are not interested. F.Y.I If your too honest like me keep your mouth shut just say whatever they want to hear.....
