The Jackson Clinics interview questions

Loved getting to spend time in the clinic and leadership to learn about their culture. Interviewed 2 different people and then shadowed in the clinic for a few hours. Most of my time was spent with the director of operations, Ben Keeton.

The person interviewing me knew exactly what he wanted in a potential employee. He wanted to know why I was interested in the company, told me what was expected as well as told me about how the company works. And the last half and a good chunk of the conversation was me asking questions. Definitely should be prepared with questions about their company. And even though I had a lot of questions, he seemed to gladly answer and clarify all questions I had.
