Average process just like any other job you get out pretty much what you put into it. Nothing less nothing more. Everything was explained to me in the interview and everyone was pretty straight forward about the job description and about the pay.

Very fun process, first interview with Tony, he was trying to me know see where my head was at and asked a few basic questions, nothing difficult. Second interview was funner went out to coffee with Joe, Account Manager, and discussed the job compensation and business tactics etc. Then came the third and final interview, which was hard for me. Josh was very nice but asked some tough questions, typical tricky interview questions. How do I separate myself, what skills do I have that will integrate well with this job etc
