I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at The Intensivist Company (Milwaukee, WI) in Jul 2023
Interview
I knew something wasn't right when I got interviewed by chat and the rate was way more than what was posted on the job listing. I was interviewed earlier than the set time and "got the job" before the timeframe they said I would so they were impatient in trying to SCAM me. They spoke of some fancy gadgets and tried rushing me into sending my information. The company email address has a typo and the so called official website has an unsecure URL. All these added up just didn't sit well with my gut so I called the company and was told they don't have a remote posting and never had one, they don't have any employee by the name of the person I was interviewed by, I can't even get to the person by the number I got. Luckily I was one of the few that didn't get caught because of my gut feeling. Advise to others; If it seems too good to be true then it probably is, think twice before sharing your personal details, do your research to ensure it's legit, pay attention for the little signs such as (an incorrect email address with typos, a free domain such as google or hotmail and so on) Any grammatical errors in the body of the email or something just doesn't add up. If the benefits seems too good or if your gut tells you do not trust it then please listen to you gut. Do not fall for this SCAM!! The Job posting in on Glassdoor and LinkedIn. The actual company also said they are aware that this is happening.
