Middle of June interview with District manager. STAR Format. 10 days later I was asked to go on a field day with a Retail Sales Representative. 1 week after my field day I was contacted by HR and asked to fly to Chicago From the Southwest for a final fourth interview. They paid for the flight and let you expense the whole trip. I was extremely excited for the opportunity. End of June Final fourth interview was with A district Manager, HR person, and Area Sales Manager. Again asked about relocation and many STAR format questions. The whole interview they were writing stuff down onto a packet of questions they were reading from. It was hard to tell how I did because they were writing everything I was saying down. They said I would get a Yes or No answer withing 7 days whether or not I would be selected for the position. Beginning of July Qualifications for the position state you should either have 3+ years of sales experience or a bachelors degree. I just recently graduated with bachelors degree in Business, 4 years of sales expierience and said I was willing to relocate anywhere, and still did not get an offer. I emailed them after the 7th day of not hearing anything and they replied back stating they decided to move forward with another candidate but did not give me a reason as to why I was not selected- What a heart breaker after 2 months of all that preparation for each interview.

The first step was an in person interview with HR and the hiring manager. You also did a ride along with one of their Sales Reps to see if the position would actually be a good fit for you and if you would be a good fit for the company. The rep evaluates you and advises management if you should move forward in the interview process, etc. Not certain if the process has changed.
