Interview
After your initial meet and greet, if they are interest in you they will ask you to come in for a “staj”, where you follow a server for about an hour and talk with the manager again. It allows you to get a feel for the restaurant and for them to get a feel of you. I really liked this “staj” idea. It really lets both parties make an assessment before a commitment. Then if all goes well with that, they will set you up with an orientation time and they will go over everything about the restaurant then. Following that there are at least seven training days.

Interview
Went during the week for a walk in interview. Talked with one manager and she said she’d call back if they were interested after going through everyone & never did. Place was nice though.
