The interview process was fairly simple. I went in on my scheduled interview day and was asked common questions. I was offered the job within the next day or two.

Interview
Overall welcoming. I was nervous but the interviewer was friendly and showed me around then we sat down for questions. After questions I was paired with a therapist to allow me to see what they did and ask any questions to the therapist I wanted.

They asked about my background working with kids. Asked about my hobbies outside of work. Asked me to describe a situation where I was asked to do something I had never done before and how did I react and work through it.

Interview
Ask what you know about ABA (research beforehand), previous experience with children, if you are available to work 40 hours a week M-F, and what hobbies you do to not get burnt out. You meet one of the kids and play with him/her (talk to them, make lots of silly faces, get on their level).
