Interview
I spoke with a HR Recruiter first, answered some questions. After passing the initial interview I was prompted to complete a call center simulation and behavior questionnaire, the last step was a video interview. Every person I came into contact with during the interview process either "in person" on the phone or in an email was amazing. The HR recruiter even took time to go into detail about the position, about the benefits and pay, and the interview process. The simulation was basic. Follow along on an imaginary phone call while using a system. If you have worked in a call center it should not be an issue. The video interview was pretty lengthy, was about 45min. They first went into how the interview was broken up. We went into my work history asking a questions about what I did at my previous job. We then went into the actual interview questions. Look up STAR interview, that's what they are looking for. They weren't typical star interview questions, but all related to the company and the job I would be doing. All in all it was a great interview. I felt on their end they were thorough and kind.
The interview went well with the hiring manager. She was very professional and great to talk to. The interview consisted of lots of situational questions and behavioral questions. Make sure to be ready to give great answers.

Interview
After quite a few days after applying online I spoke with a Recruiter. Then about a week later I interviewed through video with 2 managers. Went fairly well. I then got a phone call quite a few weeks later from the recruiter that they hired someone else. This whole process took about a month. Luckily I gave up on them quickly. I’m not interested in working in a bureaucracy. They weren’t worth the commute either. I think they wanted someone with little experience and who would work cheap for them. Good luck training that person.
