The phone interview was perfectly fine, I've never had trouble with phone interviews from The Hartford. When I got to my first in person interview, I was incredibly dissatisfied and disappointed. I had applied to The Hartford thinking that it was a fairly run place. However, during my interview questions, I watched as my two interviewers who, were not the hiring managers I was originally supposed to speak with, exchanged very immature facial expressions and glances. As I was speaking, one of the interviewers kept interrupting me because the interview room was too hot for her, "OMG it's so hot in here HAHA ok continue". Incredibly unprofessional
