I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Hanover Company (Houston, TX)
Interview
Overall it was a comfortable interview experience. As with any role in our industry, it's important to get a feel for the personal side of the people you may be working for. I appreciated the transparency from my interviewer.
