Applied online, a few weeks later received a phone call to set up a screening interview with the THG recruiter/hiring manager followed by a second phone interview with the team the position would be working with.
The first screening call was relatively informal, normal sorts of questions about confirming my resume experience. The second call was a bit more formal, lots of in-depth questions about when and how I had done xyz, although still fairly standard.
The only recommendation I would make if you are interviewing is try and get them to discuss the job's essential roles more in-depth before you go into your experience, so you can highlight your relevant areas. In this case, the posting had some old or unrelated duties listed, and then on the interview the job actually involved something quite different, so it would have been useful to know that's what they were looking for to focus the answers a little better.
