Interview
After passing the first application step (CV Submission and Cover Letter) I have been invited to take part to the Take Off. Tests were not so easy. English Test, Logical Test and the Video interview. Logical test has been challenging due to the limited amount of time.

How would you react to the various challenges this program will bring?
Structured varied and felt genuinely that they were interested in me as a person. The process was long over a period of several months but each stage was a positive experience. Included video interviews, psychometrics and standard competency interviews and an assessment centre.
