Interview
Very straightforward process, there is an initial application with a reading and comprehension quiz. Then you are asked to grade a sample class to see if you can apply the feedback they gave you.

Interview
Really easy. There was a sample problem that you needed to complete so they can judge whether or not you would be a good fit. They also asked for a recent writing sample.

Question 1
They had you give a writing sample and do a mock test along with your resume.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Graide Network (Chicago, IL) in Feb 2018
Interview
I was put in touch with the CTO through Vettery. After an initial phone screen, he invited me on-site for a half-day pair programming session working through three issues on an open-source project. Afterwards, I was invited back on-site for a final interview with the rest of the team. An offer was made a few days later and I accepted.
I selected 'Very Easy' for the Interview Difficulty because I worked through the issues prior to the interview (which seemed to me like the obvious thing to do) so I was incredibly prepared by the time I was on-site. I was awarded an offer because I was the only candidate to do this.
For those curious, no background check or drug test was required.

Question 1
Rather than questions, I was presented with three repository issues on Github to work through.
