I got asked a variety of situational questions and about my experience before being given a tour of the facilities. It was very standard and I felt comfortable talking about everything, I got a few details about benefits and perks.

I sent in my resume and cover letter online, and was contacted the next day. Set up an interview for the following day. I got to my interview 10 minutes early and filled out an application. Interview was straight forward, typicall questions for ECE job. We discussed salary and I was told I would here back monday.

It was about an hour with a lot of in depth questions that you have to kind of be prepared for. Also I didn’t originally interview for lead teacher but they offered me that job title which is a step down from what I was interviewing for.
