The George Washington University Hospital interview questions

Barely an interview more like conversation, screening was answering questions via email asked me what department I wanted to work for and then she scheduled my interview via zoom. Interview included manager and nurse educator. The described the position the floor and asked if I wanted to shadow.

The interview process for this position was fairly quick but very unstructured. The team did not seem to have anything very prepared. HR had little to no role in this. After verbally accepting a job offer, it took weeks for HR to officially extend the offer.
