Interview
I was an internal candidate who promoted from Substance Abuse Counselor to Program Manager. I applied online and got a call from an HR employee for a phone screen. I had a phone interview (the position was out of state). Next, I had an in-person interview. The company paid for the trip. I was offered the position and coordinated an all expenses paid cross-country move with HR.
The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at The GEO Group
Interview
I was called for an interview after I called HR and inquired about the status of the resume, which I had submitted two weeks prior. The interview itself was different from the standard; two directors asked questions, and requested that the answers be provided in terms of experience.
At the conclusion, I was told that interviews would conclude the following week, and that all interviewees would be contacted, regardless of outcome. That was a month ago, and I heard nothing. Very unprofessional.

Interview
Behavioral questions. Be prepared to provide examples and be specific. Must have knowledge about CBT, Motivational Interviewing. Past management experiences. Goals, organizational and leadership skills. Completing application process is very simple. Interview is about an hour to 1.5 long. Great environment.
