I applied through other source. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at The Fresh Market (Glen Mills, PA)
Interview
I applied on snagajob.com and got a call the following day to set up an interview. I came in and the store manager interviewed me in the employee breakroom. Fairly relaxed interview, just asked about my experience and we talked about where we were from. "What's a time you went out of your way to help a customer," etc. It took about 30 minutes. I got a job offer the next day.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Fresh Market (Toledo, OH) in May 2015
Interview
The interview was extremely pleasant and easy. A store assistant manager interviewed me and seemed pleased with all of my answers. We did a quick store tour and I was introduced to several employees. I had many questions (he also seemed pleased with this) and was told on the spot that I would be getting a job offer.
