Very professional but personal interview process. First stage was to fill out an application on-line, and submit. Then, a phone interview with an HR rep was scheduled - my phone interview was long, they ask a lot of questions regarding prior experience, etc... Then, an in-person interview was scheduled, with the head of the division that I was applying to. That interview was face to face, again discussing my background, and then a detailed description of the position I was applying for was discussed. I then was given a complete tour of the facilities, and was introduced to some of the Team Members I might be working with. After this interview, I was scheduled for a final written test to evaluate my compatibility with the company and the job I was applying for. After the test was evaluated, I was offered the job.
