Simple group then one on one. I was interviewing into their military spouse program and it was a breeze. Be enthusiastic, that is one thing they look for. Let yourself show, don't be fake.

Pretty straight forward, but after the second round of interviews and them requesting and employment package to be completed, they ghosted me. I understand not everybody gets an offer, but at least have the decency of responding to emails and calls.

Question 1
They want to know if you are comfortable in a call center environment
We take pride in our hiring process and that includes timely responses. Unfortunately, it seems we were not at our best and you did not have a great experience, and for that we are sorry. We have conducted training with our recruiting team to ensure we don't have a lapse in the future.
They will not hire if the background is not 100% clean, even after offering you a position and having you leave your current job. They then threatened to report their laptop as "stolen" to the police instead of requesting it back and offering a way to send it back. Worst experience I ever had.

I accepted and left my job. They then declined to transfer my NMLS so that I could work, costing my family thousands of dollars and leaving me having to scramble to find another employer quickly.
