I applied for the position online and secured a phone interview within two days. It was a 15 minute interview and about 7 questions were asked. The person interviewing takes notes and forwards them to the head of the department. The head of the department is who decides if you get asked to come in for an in person interview. The person I interviewed with came off unenthused over the phone. This felt a bit discouraging as I was anticipating speaking to someone with a more positive energy. I heard back within 3 days. I received a generic rejection email.
