The Education Trust interview questions

First and Second Round Interviews. Proceeded to reference check but had to take another offer at the time. Interviewed with the hiring manager and a person on the team for the second round interview. Culture and topic area seemed great.

I didn’t have a negative experience with the interview process itself, but after completing a time-consuming assignment, I was kept waiting months before hearing I wouldn’t be moving forward. It left a bad taste in my mouth and showed a lack of consideration for my time, which was shocking given that this was a pretty senior position within the organization.
