Great conversations of contributions relevant to the role specifying situations and actions taken and results. This includes process and impact, and how it made the difference. I was also given opportunity to ask about how learning and development is practiced in the organization. I was given a brief walkthrough of how projects are carried out and the expected picture of success. Overall, it was a great experience.
