Applied online. Was asked for an in person interview. It was more of a discussion. Not too many technical questions. Interviewer told I will further be notified about the decision.

Not good. Over the phone paperwork and all. Not best practice... this place hires you on the spot. Not very professional. Paperwork done over the web, (in which I was not to sure to submit). They don't even call you in to have a face to face interview.
