Very good interview process was more of a conversation that flowed rather than being questioned. Were very friendly and didn’t make me feel nervous once the conversation got going. Asked relevant questions linked to the role and asked how my experience would help me.

Interview
The application process was handled by a recruitment agency. A CV and cover letter were forwarded to the employer before being invited to a first level interview. The interview was a one to one session at CLA offices and professionally handled by the line manager. The interviewer was personable and provided lots of context on the role and was open about challenges involved.
