I had one phone call from the recruiter and 3 interviews! 1st the phone interview consisted of pay/what type of person i am, then the next interview was supposed to be in person but the guy wasn't ready. I showed up with 10 minutes to spare and nobody had seemed to be aware they had an interview expected. I also saw the recruiter bc her name was on the desk... The recruiter called me WHILE IM STANDING IN THE OFFICE saying i had to "reschedule" or conduct a phone interview with the property manager(even though he was in his office!) that i drove an hour for. Had i known i would be driving an hour just to have a PHONE interview, i would have just sit my happy self at home and call! it really made things seem unprepared and unprofessional on their end.
Then after that i had another interview with the regional manager an another property an hour and a half away....this time i asked the recruiter if it were going to be face to face or over the phone -- she said it would be an in person interview. Another lie, bc when i got there i saw the regional manager in her office - which then had her ditzy assistant take me to another part of their office for a Video Conference interview! I didn't understand the phone interview and video interview if they were there...? Anyway, they made everything seem so perfect and that its all going well -- i really thought i had it. I even asked them if there were any weak areas i need to work on or something they need to see my strength at & they didnt say anything. The next day, after all that the recruiter sent me an email that "nothing is available at this time."
You can imagine how much that sucked after everything. But its ok. I make twice as much they were going to offer now :) 🖕🏼
